  • Interesting stats. Doesn't surprise me. Whatever support I experience, I relate to the quality of the leadership team or lack thereof. In my business, I aim to under promise and deliver way over as to what the customer expects. Today, average service is over. Too many businesses already deliver average. People want exceptional service.
