The spring edition of Bank of America’s Small Business Owner Report (SBOR) was recently issued and it contained some really interesting statistics, including the fact that 94% of the small business owners surveyed stated that they have some sort of employee appreciation program. What did those rewards look like?

- Bonuses (43%)
- Dinners and outings (46%)
